Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship orders from inside Canada or United States Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted, via Canada Post or USPS first-class mail. Most US orders arrive within 2-3 days. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

Expedited shipping can usually be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us after placing your order for details and price quote.

Processing time for pre-ordered pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. Please Note: We may wait to ship all items in your order when your pre-ordered item is available, particularly if you've qualified for free shipping. 

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your piece is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Send a photo to info@aubreyandalison.com, and our support team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (MT). We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Additionally, you can always request a return within 30 days of purchase.
