WHEN WILL MY ALISON + AUBREY ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship orders from our Dallas location Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted, via USPS first class mail. Most US orders arrive within 2-3 days. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

Our pieces are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials, including semi-precious stones. Exact details and measurements for each style are listed on their product detail page.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECES?

To keep your pieces in tip top shape, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Pieces should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your piece is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Send a photo to info@aubreyandalison.com, and our support team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (CT). We aim to respond within 24 hours. Additionally, you can always send it back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

HYPOALLERGENIC

All of our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel and lead free. If you should develop any sensitivities to our pieces, we will happily refund or exchange your item.

THROUGH WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS first class mail.

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I’D LIKE TO RETURN PART OF IT. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Of course! We love experimenting with jewelry and understand that you might occasionally change your mind. You can send most unworn items back within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or credit. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. Without order information, we are unable to process your return. 

HOW CAN I SHIP MY RETURN BACK TO YOU?

Package your item and ship using the shipping method of your choice to the address below. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. Please address all returns to:

DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN YET?

You will receive an email notification when we process your refund. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and us to refund your original form of payment. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY ORIGINAL INVOICE?

Please print out the order confirmation email or the order information in your A+A account. 

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM I JUST RECEIVED FOR A DIFFERENT PIECE ON YOUR SITE?

At this time, we cannot process exchanges. If you need a replacement for the same item, please order it from our site and follow the returns process for the original item.

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM PROMOTION CODES?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift certificates.
